By using ShortenVideo you agree to these terms. Please read them — they are short.

The service. ShortenVideo provides a browser-based tool that shortens video files locally on your device. Videos up to 2 GB are free. Exporting files larger than 2 GB requires an account and costs 1 point per minute of video, rounded up. Points are bought in packs described on the pricing page and never expire.

Your content. Your videos are processed on your device and are never transmitted to us. You keep all rights to the files you process. You confirm that you own the videos or have permission to edit them, and that shortening them does not violate anyone's rights or any law.

Acceptable use. Do not attempt to abuse, reverse engineer, or overload the service, and do not use it for unlawful purposes. Automated scraping of the site or attempts to circumvent the point system are not permitted.

Availability. We work hard to keep the tool available, but the service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We may change, suspend or discontinue parts of the service; material changes to pricing or points will be announced on the site.

Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShortenVideo is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
